Champagne & Fearn Builders, Inc. was created in April of 1987 by the owners Michael Fearn and Clinton Champagne. Michael Fearn's background in the industry dates back to 1974, when he entered the real estate business. Through the years he started acquiring land and developing subdivisions with lots for sale. Michael had always envisioned himself developing and building and started that dream with the building company as it is today.
Champagne and Fearn Builders, Inc. is now featuring it's newest office/medical condominium office complex. We have found through research that many locally owned businesses have leased their business location for years, but would rather own their office. |
